Apologies for the long wait, they're in the midst of shifting office, may contribute to a further delay.
Apologies, this spree has not been sent out yet as they're still restocking. Initially, we were told that they mailed out already, but they made a mistake, they sent out the october round 1's orders first. We were only told on 2 January 08. We have replied them on 2 January 08 to send out whatever they have restocked and refund us for the remaining items. We're extremely sorry that spree-ers for this round waited for so long.
The seller is now checking for us again. Apparently, they told us they mailed out, but it didn't arrive. We'll ask for a refund if they still do not send out for this round. We're extremely frustrated with your fashion shop, as this is not the first time they made us wait so long and mix things up. We'll update here once we get a proper explanation from them.
